ANNEXA SUMMARY DESCRIPTION AND COST EST1MATE OF PRESENT NOTIFICATION

A) GENERAL NSPA is declared Host Nation for the acquisition and follow-on support of CP 5A0156 "NATO Deployable HQ Assets for Depioyable 500 man camps". The following Information contains excerpts from the Statement of Work that will be released during the ICB. Proiect Qbiectives. The contractor shall furnish to NSPA Hazardous Materials Storage, Waste Disposal and Mobile Spill Response equipment in accordance with the requirements in the Statement of Work (SOW). In summary this will include: a ränge of steel storage cabinets for hazardous material; a variety of leak-proof Containers for medical and other waste; over-pack Containers for hazardous material; petroleum spill response equipment; storage drums for used POL products. This equipment and material will be used in rapidly deployable headquarters for NATO military forces over a wide ränge of geographic environments and climatic conditions. Accordingly, NATO expects the equipment to be robust and of high quality, capable of being mounted and dismounted, unpacked and repacked at camp sites rapidly and offen, under difficult climate and terrain conditions. These items will be:

a) stored in outdoor storage arrangements until needed at NATO Southern Operational Centre (SOC), Taranto, Italy;

b) transported by sea, land or air in ISO type 6.058 metre length Standard shipping Containers that are limited in height and width to 2.438 metres and weightto 14,000 Kg

c) erected rapidly by soldiers or civilians who may be unfamiliar with the task;

d) deployed on exercises for short periods each year or deployed on military Operations as required;

e) used intensively with minimum maintenance under harsh field conditions during military Operations for a period lasting up to two years;

f) dismantled, repacked, stored and re-used a minimum of 5 operational cycles with only minimum refurbishment;

g) maintained by soldiers with basic skills during deployed exercises and operational periods and by skilled tradespersons when not deployed, in accordance with the contractor's recommendations;

h) expected to perform reliable service without loss of function at any time during deployed exercises and operational periods

i) integrated in several different camps. ESTIMATED VALUE FOR THIS CONTRACT: 346.000,00 Euros

C) SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) DELIVERY 12 months after contract award.

2) PARTIAL BIDDiNG No partial offers will be entertained.

3) FOLLOW-ON SERVICES No follow on Services are envisioned at this stage, however offers to provide extra Services are included.

4) OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS Requests for optional requirements are included.

5) QUALITY ASSURANCE Requirement for Quality Assurance is included.

6) SECURITY LEVEL REQUIRED ! 1 ! NATO UNCLASSIFIED j

7) LANGUAGE i. "Cahier des Charges" and subsequent procurement contracts will be in English language. j ii. Offers and any communication to be made by the bidders, and any technical data or documentation to be furnished by the contractors must be also in English. !

8) CURRENCY CONVERSION RATES I J 1 N/A at this stage.

D) FINAL CONSIDERATIONS j

1) NSPA intends to issue the Invitation for Bids (IFB) to interested firms at a date ] yet to be determined, but not before 19 March 2014. The bidders will be allowed not less than 42 days to reply to the relevant IFB.

2) The bids to be received in response to the NSPA IFB's mentioned above will be valid for a period of 180 days.

3) The envisioned bidding method is the "One Step International Competitive Bidding Procedure".

4) The Information to be provided to the bidders will be up to NATO UNCLASSIFIED.

5) Please note that actual quantities to be included in the Invitation for Bid may vary slightly from those specified in this NOI. ANNEX B DECLARATION OF ELIGIBILITY FROM: (Originator) TO: NSPA SUBJECT: Expression of interest in ICB for the implementation of Project 5HQ27010-1D, entitled Hazardous Material Storage and Waste Disposal. This equipment is required for the Deployable 500-man camps which are part of the Capability Package (CP) 5A0156 "NATO Deployable HQ Assets for Deployable 500-man camps".
