These General Terms and Conditions are deemed to have been accepted by the Contractor on submission of its tender. Negotiations: No site visit is planned. Essential requirements:Public contracts for services to be performed in Switzerland may only be awarded to tenderers who guarantee compliance with the provisions on the protection of workers and working conditions in force at the place where the service is to be provided, with the reporting and authorisation obligations set out in the Act of 17 June 2005 on Undeclared Work (ILO) and with equal pay for men and women (art. 12, para. 1, PPA). If the service is provided abroad, the tenderer must at least comply with the fundamental conventions of the International Labour Organisation listed in Appendix 6 of the LMP (art. 12, para. 2, PPA).
